The process of Investment Advisory

Decision Making Process of Investment Advisory

In order to meet our clients’ asset management objectives, we provide them with investment advisory services in various forms of investment solutions. Meeting our clients’ needs, our services include assistance for clients’ investment portfolio construction and advisory for fund-of-funds structured investment products which are used to manage part of our clients’ portfolio.
Our typical investment advisory process follows Plan/Do/Check/Action cycle.
First of all, we set investment policy and strategy to meet client’s objectives. Secondly, following such policy and strategy, we conduct screening and due diligence to recommend selected investment products and their combination as overall model portfolio. After the initial investments are made, we continue to review and monitor their overall portfolios and invested funds in their portfolios. Our observation and findings are reported to clients in various forms to address their respective needs. And finally, taking our monitoring results, market condition and any changes in client’s needs and objectives, into consideration, we examine all the options including either to maintain or amend the on-going policy and strategy or to change the composition of their model portfolio to improve current expected risk/return profile.
By following this PDCA cycle, we always make our best efforts to provide the highest level of investment advisory services for our clients.
