採用活動における個人情報の取り扱いについて

利用目的
野村フィデューシャリー・リサーチ＆コンサルティング（以下「当社」）では、応募者の採用活動（当年の採用目的のほか、次年度以降の採用活動の参考資料とすることを含む）及び採用内定または入社後の人事管理等にのみ利用する目的で、応募者の氏名、住所、電話番号、e-mailアドレス等の特定の個人を識別することができる情報（以下「個人情報」）を収集いたします。当社は利用目的の範囲内で、個人情報を取り扱います。
個人情報の第三者への提供について
当社は個人情報の第三者への提供を、法令に基づきその開示が義務づけられるなどの正当な理由がない限り、本人の承諾なしに行いません。
個人情報の委託について
当社は利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において、他の事業者へ個人情報を委託することがあります。その場合は、個人情報保護体制が整備された委託先を選定するとともに、委託した個人情報の安全管理が図られるよう、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。
個人情報の管理について
当社では、応募者の個人情報を、当社の責任のもとで適切に管理いたします。特に、情報システムにおいて管理する場合は、パスワードの設定等、情報セキュリティを確保する措置を講じます。業務上必要でなくなった個人情報は速やかに消去・廃棄します。
なお、当社では採用ホームページの運営等を外部の企業に委託することがありますが、この場合にも当該業務委託先に機密保持義務を課すなどして適切な情報管理に努めます。
内容の変更について
ここで定めた事項は、法令その他当社の事情により変更する場合があります。
個人情報の開示、訂正、追加又は削除利用停止、苦情等の申出等について
本件の個人情報の開示、訂正、追加又は削除利用停止等については、本人の請求により、原則、法令に則り行います。この場合、当社所定の方法によりお手続きいただきます。なお、所定の費用を頂戴することがあります。本件に係る申し出につきましては、以下までご連絡くださいますようお願い致します。
なお、採用選考における選考基準および評価につきましては開示いたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

Data Privacy Statement

Purpose of Utilization of Personal Information, etc.
Nomura Fiduciary Research & Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") shall collect personal information of the candidates, prospective employees, and employees that can be used to identify specific individuals (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information"), such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, etc., solely for the purpose of recruiting activities for the current year including as reference material for recruitment subsequent years, and employment offers or personnel management after employee onboarding, and it shall not be used for any other purposes.
Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company shall not provide Personal Information to third parties without the consent of the individual concerned unless there are justifiable reasons such as legal obligations to disclose such information.
Entrustment of Personal Information
The Company may entrust Personal Information to an external contractor to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of utilization of Personal Information. In such cases, the Company shall select outsourcees with personal information protection systems and conduct necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure the safety management of outsourced Personal Information.
Management of Personal Information
Personal Information of applicants shall be managed appropriately in accordance with laws and regulations. In particular, the Company will take appropriate measures to ensure information security, such as setting passwords, when managing and storing such information in an electronic format. The Company will promptly delete and dispose of Personal Information that is no longer necessary for business purposes. The Company may outsource the operation of our recruitment website to an external contractor. In this case, the Company shall ensure appropriate information management by imposing confidentiality obligations on the outsourced vendor.
Change of Data Privacy Statement
The Company may change the Data Privacy Statement in accordance with any changes in laws and regulations as well as the Company’s internal rules.
Disclosure, Correction, Addition or Deletion of Personal Information, and Lodge a Complaint
If you wish to request disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of your Personal Information, please contact the service division set forth below, and the Company shall respond in accordance with laws and regulations. Please note fees that may be charged upon your requests.
The Company will not disclose the selection criteria and evaluation in the recruitment process.
